Slime is the latest craze, the new POG's if you like (showing my age a little there).

Kids of all ages are going crazy for this sticky, sensory delight

It really is super easy to make with just few simple ingredients. You can follow our step by step instructions below or check out our Instagram archive for the video version.

We’ve chosen to make a transparent glittery slime but it’s totally customisable. You can add different colour paint, glitter and even beads - the possibilities’ really are endless.

You can by Elmer's Magical Liquid from Hobbycraft or Amazon. We used Brian Clegg clear glue, Contact lens soluation from Morrisons and these glitter sachets (as you only need a small amount per slime portion).

3.Once you've added all your ingredients you will need to mix your solution thoroughly.

Top tip: If you find your solution is still too runny, add a little more glue.

Now you are ready to add your desired colouring and effects. I'm using pink glitter and tiny pink heart sequins.

5. You'll need to give your solution another good mix.

...and there you go. It really is that easy and this will keep the kids amused for hours (well, a few minutes at least).

Disclaimer: Some of the products used in this DIY blog can cause skin sensitivity or reaction (Elmer's Magical Liquid and PVA Glue). This DIY is not suitable for those under 4 years and we advise parental supervision throughout the making process. Slime and its ingredients are not suitable for comsumption and can cause a choking hazard.

Although water based, slime can cause damage to carpets, clothing and upholstry.

This is a really cheap and easy way to create a cute Valentine's posy that would look super sweet on a tray with your Valentine's breakkie.

In total this make cost me £2.50. I only needed clay (Hobbycraft only £2.50) as all the rest I found laying around my studio - except the twigs, I pinched them from the local park on my way home from work!

You will need:

- Air dry clay

- Scissors

- Acrylic paint and paintbrush

- Twigs

- Glue

- Bottle

- Twine (optional)

To start, roll your clay into "pea-sized" balls, then flatten those balls out and create a point at one end.

Using your scissors, snip a small slit in the opposite end to the point. This will help form the top of your heart.

Fold either side of the slit into the centre and press flat (you might need to fiddle about a bit to get your desired shape) repeat over and over until you have a nice little pile of hearts. Leave for 12-24 hours until the clay has hardened.

Once your clay is dry, your hearts are ready to paint - you'll probably want to give them a couple of coats. I chose to paint mine candy pink. Once painted leave your hearts to dry.

When dry you need to start attaching your hearts to your twigs. These twigs were collected on my walk home from work. I used a glue gun to attach my hearts (although next time I think I would use a stronger super glue). Alternate your hearts as you glue and repeat until all your twigs are covered.

Tip: Don't start to glue your hearts too low as they will stop the twigs from fitting in the bottle.

Once you've glued all of your hearts onto your twigs you will want to arrange them in your bottle. I've used a mini milk bottle from Clas Ohlson but you could use a empty wine bottle or similar (it all depends on the size of your twigs)

For an extra bit of detail and to hide the screw top I wrapped twine around the neck of the bottle, this is totally optional. You could perhaps wrap some pom pom trim or ribbon around your bottle instead.

And there you have it, a super cute take on a bunch of pussy willow.

Last month we finally added a brand new product to our Etsy Store - our Mini Pin Banners!

Now Christmas is not the best time to develop, make and market a product but I'm (stupidly) impulsive and once I'd made one of these for myself and others had spotted it on IG, I was asked to make more.

Origionally I bought this fabric to make some curtains for our spare room and becuase I cant waste good fabric, I put the scraps to use. Combined with some wooden dowells left over from a stall display I'd made in the summer I sketched out a pattern and got to work on creating our medium pin banners. They fit around 25 pins on comfortably and can be hung anywhere. The cotton canvas is really hard weraring and can tolerate being stabbed again and again and again.

Christmas is actually a great time to test the water when it comes to new products and I guess this is becuase people are shopping more than they do throughout the rest of the year.

I took our banners to Jon at Ink and Stitch and got him to apply a couple of our designs to them. I thought that I needed to make the banners multi functional and boy, was I suprised with how well they went down. Every fair we attended we sold out!

Later this month I'll be listing both our "Wonderful" and "Jolly" printed banners. These look great hanging of walls of studios, nurseries or living rooms and can help inject a little more positivity.

Post-Christmas I developed our mini pin banner, which can be used to show off your very favourite pins or it is also a pretty nifty way to display earrings. The mini banner holds around 15 pins and is more compact (hence the name) they are super cute and I'm thinking of printing some tiny designs on these little guys too. What do you think?

I've always despised the word "blog" it sounds like something you'd find logded in your plug hole. You know, like one of those indescribly terrible smelling lumps of god-knows-what that you find when you unscrew the filter in the shower basin.

I also dispise writting. I'm dyslexic and unfortunatly my brain works a lot faster than my hands can type, its incredibly fraustrating. Everytime I write it's like I'm desperate for the toilet but stuck at a standstill on the M25. It needs to come out and there's a lot of it, I just lack the facilities and instead of making a mess I just hold it in. It's incredibly embaressing when mid flow I miss a word due to my hast or spell something so funky that my iphone cant even correct it.

These are just two reasons why I haven't tried blogging before today but that's going to change. This is a blog and I am therefore blogging.

I am Siobhan, the creator of HAH. This is our brand new blog and it will be where I share what running a small business is like. I'm going to share a few DIY ideas, what it's like behind the scenes in the studio and information about various markets, fairs and festivals that you can find us at in 2017.
